Rent a Tiny Home Using Your ACC Accommodation Support

If you're eligible for accommodation support from ACC, you may be able to use it to cover the rent on one of our cabins.

We make it easy — we’ll provide you with an official ACC quote so you can submit your application fast. Once approved, ACC may cover the delivery and ongoing weekly rent directly.

What You Need to Know

• You must be 18+ and eligible for the accommodation support
• ACC usually reimburses your first and ongoing rent payments
• Upfront costs depend on your location, cabin size, and delivery
• A week’s rent in advance may be required
• ACC often covers delivery and pickup — check with your case manager

Our cabins are fully insulated, dry, and warm — with power, water, and fittings ready to go. Some models also include a kitchenette, toilet, shower, and vanity.
