Depending on your setup, you may need a building consent, resource consent, or both. We’re experienced in navigating council requirements and can manage the process on your behalf as part of a full turn-key solution.
Typical consent costs range from $9,500 – $20,000, depending on complexity and region. -
Power, Water & Waste
Every site’s different — but we’ve seen it all. Where possible, we connect to existing services. Where that’s not an option, we can guide you through alternatives: composting toilets, septic tanks, or even full off-grid setups. We’ll help you find the right solution for how you want to live.

Foundations
We recommend screw piles for a safe, stable, and level base. These are quick to install and cause minimal disruption. Pricing depends on soil type and the size of your home — usually between $6,000 – $15,000, including a ground stability test.

Transport & Delivery
We’ll arrange transport to your site — whether it’s a simple driveway or somewhere more challenging, we’ll find the most efficient, cost-effective way to deliver safely.
