First, pick the cabin that suits your needs.

We’ll confirm:

• The size and availability
  
• Your contact details (name, email, phone, address)
  
• The delivery site address
  
• Landowner approval (if required)
  
• Your expected rental term (12 months or longer)
  

Once that’s sorted, we’re ready to move.

To lock everything in, we’ll organise:

• Transport costs upfront (delivery and collection)
  
• One week’s rent in advance (rental starts from delivery day)
  
• Two weeks’ rent as a Property Protection Deposit
  

Simple, clear, and transparent.

Before delivery, your site just needs a few basics:

• Water: Garden hose connection (or similar)
  
• Power: Minimum 16amp caravan-style lead
  
• Waste: We’ll confirm the best setup for your site
  
  (We can supply a waste pump system if needed.)
  

We’ll also confirm truck access, either standard truck or Hiab crane - depending on placement.

If you’re unsure about any of this, we’ll guide you through it.

We’ll:

• Book transport
  
• Confirm your ETA
  
• Deliver, place, and level the cabin
  
• Connect services (as arranged beforehand)

• We complete a final inspection
  
• Once approved, your Property Protection Deposit is returned within 7 days
